Our Story
Worship was formed by Nina Mack because she believes persuasive online experiences delight users and build businesses.
Worship was formed in 2009 to create and improve websites by better understanding the people that use them. This quest has driven us from the very beginning, and it’s what continues to drive us now.
In the early days we designed user experiences and built websites too. We worked with ecommerce businesses, membership organisations and large enterprise-level clients.
Since then we have become more and more specialist and we now solely work with ecommerce and financial services businesses (with a few very special exceptions).
Our innovative approach to conversion optimisation and user experience design has enabled us to work with some fantastic organisations, often beating much larger agencies in the pitch process.
We’re extremely proud of the methodology we’ve developed over the years, and we love using it to help grow ambitious businesses by serving users better.
