Nina is the MD at Worship. She has been working in digital for over 15 years and has worked with hundreds of brands to help them improve their websites so that more people convert.
Nina is particularly interested in decision-making and the psychology of persuasion. She is driven by the idea that, by better understanding the people that buy from us, we can provide a website experience which is persuasive, low friction and highly satisfying for users.
She believes that understanding users, even when they don’t understand themselves, is central in building websites people love and increasing website sales or conversions.
