If you’re looking for a challenging role in an award-winning agency that achieves amazing things for its clients, Worship might just be the agency for you.

We’re always happy to hear from talented people who are at the top of their game, want to help us with and share our values. The team at Worship are all highly committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. We’re relentless in the pursuit of excellence and we all strive to continually learn and develop.

We’re always* keen to talk to great candidates about these roles:

CRO Practitioner // UX Designer // User Researcher // Optimisation Strategist // Testing and Optimisation Developer // QA Engineer

*Recruiters please note, these are not necessarily active roles we’re looking to fill. They are typical roles in the agency and we’ll fill them if we meet the right person (directly). That means you don’t need to contact us about them.

If we have a role we need to fill urgently, we’ll get in touch. Please send your contact information to [email protected] and explain how you work and your rates. Please don’t send us candidate CVs we didn’t ask for.

Working at Worship

Most of our team work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from our office in Manchester but we can usually offer flexibility where needed. We recognise that life isn’t just about work so we offer flexible start and finish times and the option of working from home so you can build work around your life.

You’ll get 20 days’ holiday per year, plus UK Bank Holidays and the period over Christmas and New Year when the office is closed.

Salaries are competitive and dependent on skills and progression through the agency. We’re always on the look-out for people who want to rise to the top. Our culture is supportive and we foster and grow talent. As Mr Branson says, happy employees make happy clients.

We offer a company-contributed pension scheme through The People’s Pension.

If you like the look of one of our roles, please give us a call on 0161 236 1188 or apply by sending your CV and salary expectations to [email protected].
