Worship shortlisted for CRO Agency of the Year
Making the shortlist for CRO Agency of the Year at the Northern Ecommerce Awards is more great news in what’s already been a big year for the Worship team. We celebrated a win at the PRCA Awards in April and were shortlisted at the Drum and Big Chip Awards earlier this year.
Conversion rate optimisation is a significant part of our work, but we do so much more than increase clients’ revenue. Working with ambitious ecommerce stores in various industries motivates us to go above and beyond to grow their businesses. We understand that growing an ecommerce business involves more than improving conversions.
Our clients face a number of challenges, encouraging us to be innovative and creative with our approach. We’re not afraid to be wrong and that’s what allows us to improve our outcomes. We continually develop our expertise through ongoing conversion research, data-driven A/B testing and thorough analysis.
One of the most important aspects of our framework is that we don’t give up until we achieve our goal. Sometimes that means completely rethinking our ideas and admitting we didn’t get it right first time.
We often surprise our clients because of the amount of responsibility we take for their growth. That’s why we see ourselves as more than a CRO agency. We’re here to solve real website problems and take the guesswork out of decision making using our award-winning research and testing methodology.
Here’s what some of our clients say about our work:
“The team at Worship are experts in what they do. It’s very reassuring to have that level of expertise at your fingertips. We think they are responsible for adding at least £100k to our bottom line so far.” – John, Director at Laughing Hens
“The added value has surprised me. They’re much more than just A/B testing. They have become a trusted advisor and have completely integrated into our team.” – Simon Parkinson, Marketing Director at CORGI HomePlan.
