Skipton Building Society Climbs UK Customer Experience Excellence Ladder
A big congratulations to Skipton Building Society, who have recently moved up the ranks of the 2015 UK Top 100 Brands in KPMG Nunwood’s Customer Experience Excellence Centre. Skipton have moved from an already respectable position 13, up to position 7.
Skipton are keeping some great company at the top of the list, with brands like AO.com, Ocado and John Lewis to provide some of the best customer experience in the UK. They are setting high standards by putting the customer’s needs and desires at the heart of their culture and decision-making.
We won a competitive pitch to help Skipton build & launch their retirement-focused content portal, Retire Savvy in 2014. The forward-thinking team at Skipton were looking for a partner to help them develop their strategic plans for the website, build the platform and then help them launch it.
We’re really proud to be working with clients like Skipton who are not afraid of trying new things in the name of better serving their audience.
