Worship commended at Product & Service Innovation Awards

The Financial Services Forum awarded our team a commendation for our innovative approach to understanding customer needs.

We’re delighted to have our approach and methodology recognised in the Data Usage & Analytics category at the Financial Services Product and Service Innovation Awards for our work with Corgi HomePlan.

The awards, which took place at the Museum of London, recognise innovation that delivers tangible benefits for customers and providers. Judges focus on the overall impact that innovation has had on the sector and/or consumer, and how the innovation achieved or exceeded its objectives and goals.

We used our award-winning research methodology to analyse how visitors are behaving on the Corgi HomePlan website and to discover what website users think, feel want and need. We then implemented a programme of experimentation which resulted in impressive conversion rate uplifts for the client.

This is the second time we have been recognised for our work with Corgi HomePlan with a PRCA Digital win in 2017.
