The Financial Services Forum is a specialist community dedicated to sharing knowledge and ideas regarding the financial industry, and their Product & Service Innovation Awards recognise innovation that delivers tangible benefits for customers and providers.

The awards committee clearly recognises the impact conversion optimisation and in-depth user research can have on the growth of a business in this sector. Understanding and then placing the needs of users at the heart of an online strategy is something many businesses say they do but very few truly do. Our work has been noted in the Data Usage & Analytics and Customer Interaction & User Experience categories for this.

The winners will be announced at an Awards Dinner on Thursday 23 May 2019, at the Museum of London, and attended by leading figures and businesses within the financial services sector.
