Worship shortlisted for CRO agency of the year
We're thrilled to announce Worship has been shortlisted for CRO Agency of the Year at the Northern Digital Awards 2019.
The Northern Digital Awards recognise the best in digital talent in the region and reward website teams and agencies who have demonstrated excellence.
The awards attract a substantial number of entries and are judged by some of the biggest names in digital marketing.
The awards ceremony will take place on the evening of Thursday 31st January 2019 at the Royal Armouries New Dock Hall in Leeds and will see around 400 guests including many of the North’s leading digital marketing professionals.
Our entry for CRO Agency of the Year detailed a typical example of our work for a client in the financial services sector, where we used our conversion research methodology to uncover friction and user insights and then tested changes to their sign up funnel in order to increase conversion rate.
Using this approach meant we could demonstrate a substantial uplift in revenue and conversion, alongside a 35% reduction in drop-off from the funnel.
